Crisis and change have become common phenomena which unsettles the individual and family. Every few years an uncontrollable economic or a financial crisis emerges; personal crisis have also become common.   Crisis management and change has become part and parcel of our daily lives; crisis impacts the physical, general, emotional and spiritual aspects of our life.   Results cannot be achieved overnight as crisis tends to last longer and cannot be cut short.
