There isn’t any job insecurity or impossibility provided you become an entrepreneur and a free agent on the job and be prepared for risk and opportunities. On the job, give your very best, stay loyal and committed, use your skills and experience to achieve the goals of your corporation, your colleagues and yourself without any compromise or conditions. Understand your KPI (KRA)'s and its connect to the company goals.  Keep a constant tab of your experience, skills (both soft and hard), education, re-educate - learn and unlearn, your personal values and goals.
