Hedge your bets: be an entrepreneur on the job!


There isn’t any job insecurity or impossibility provided you become an entrepreneur and a free agent on the job and be prepared for risk and opportunities.
On the job, give your very best, stay loyal and committed, use your skills and experience to achieve the goals of your corporation, your colleagues and yourself without any compromise or conditions. Understand your KPI (KRA)'s and its connect to the company goals. 
  • Keep a constant tab of your experience, skills (both soft and hard), education, re-educate - learn and unlearn, your personal values and goals.
  • Everything is transient while change and preparedness is constant and quintessential! Entrepreneurs take calculated risks and try to be prepared for anything. The hope for the best; plan for the worst!.
  • Preparedness can be achieved by building and knowing your personal experience, knowledge, skills, network and training. 
  • Entrepreneurial skills require individuals to be visionary, self-sufficient, strong in work ethics, self-motivated and driven, disciplined, determined, perseverant, diligent, and trained to achieve their goals.


Jobs can be passé and they can be taken but not your dreams, intellect, skills, nor your goodwill!  Let your dreams soar, let your passion ignite, and live a happy and healthy life that you imagined. Have a lot of fun ! Thank the wonderful opportunity, paying it forward, and making good friends.
