Stay calm and authentic, its about learning; it's not about ego nor competing!  In a case study, there is no right nor a wrong answer - it is the learning process that matters. There are no easy answers, walk the tight rope and flex. 

We get stresses when we are unable to manage our body, mind or soul.

Self assess and reflect, Self coach, self visualize, self talk, self critique to find answers. 

Integrity, Compassion, Forgiveness, Empathy will take you far ahead in the game ! 

Rule 10: 90 - work on your 10% priorities; as rest is less important and can be managed later.

Rule 90:10 - 90% factors are contollable or self generated and 10% non-controllable which needs sacrifice. 

70:20:10 principle - we learn 10% from education and training, 20% from others and 70% on the job experience. 

Be focused, be aligned, and be agile. 

Trust = sincerity * competence * reliability divided by self-interest

Small wins or when aggregated and remembered well leads to a bigger victories! 

You need to be take another guru 'failures dejection, perseverance, smiles and aliens' into your stride, constantly learn and never give up!  the journey to your destination and home is never too long!!

You need to take short breaks for fresh air which also de-stresses and relax you.

Walk around, peep into what others do -and enquire, make new friends -  cheerfully say hello and goodbye, ask (without being shy) for guidance, take one thing at a time so you don't get overwhelmed. 

Think more plan more do less - means plan and imagine before you do!

The learning journey has just begun and you have a long way to go! So Don't give up....be persistent, resilient, and patient.

Everything has a first time in life - wasn't it difficult for you to walk and speak when you were a child but then it became easy!! 

You are not alone and nor the first doing this course and experiencing it!! Others have also gone through this journey so its not new!! They got used to this and managed them well, right! You will get used to this journey and will make new friends.

Stay cheerful, sleep well, eat well, stay focused and happy!! Being lit up from the inside, lifts up people outside.

Be truthful, it is inexpensive and costs nothing! 

Nothing in life is achieved without sacrifice; but you need to balance and juggle so you don't feel out of place!!

It is acceptable to get stressed, make mistakes and fail - you will learn in the process!!

Make mistakes and fail but don't be too much off the mark ! Learn, learn, unlearn.
