Engagement is "the act or state of interlocking'; it conveys a physical and emotional commitment, mutual trust, connect and a promise to do something and by some time. 

Engagement is one of the best political weapon to resolve conflicts or make long lasting friendships. 
Conflicts build status quo; push backs creates opponents to freeze or solidify their positions.

Engagement boost morale, increase productivity, and help gain competitive advantage. 

Engagement is gauged by happiness, peoples positive behaviours, and their happiness to put in additional efforts or know where to apply it voluntarily. 

The positive value of engagement on the corporate (and also nation) health and the tangible benefits for a sustainable, reputable, and thriving business is being appreciated by corporate world ( and nations) as they adopt policies to engage their customers, employees, community and environment.
